Island Questaway

Designed a playable ad, simplifying mechanics for engagement

The challenge was to create a playable ad based on a trending concept, gathering items and selling them to customers, for a game with over 10 million downloads. With this direction in mind, I developed a storyboard to map out the experience. After securing approval from both my manager and the client, I moved on to preparing the assets for the developers.


One of the key challenges was optimizing asset sizes to meet the playable’s file size limitations. I carefully scaled down assets and trimmed animations to ensure smooth performance without compromising visual quality. The final playable successfully met the client’s expectations and delivered an engaging player experience.
