The challenge was to create a playable ad that stayed true to the game while simplifying mechanics to make it more accessible to a broader audience. I began by conducting market research and playing the game to gain a deep understanding of its core mechanics.
With these insights, I storyboarded the playable experience and secured approval from my art director before submitting it to the client for final approval. Once approved, I prepared and optimized the assets for handoff to the game developer, working closely with them to ensure the vision was executed as intended.
All the effort paid off—the playable ad became a top performer, successfully engaging users and driving strong results.
